Please pick up your your badges onsite when you arrive to the conference at the Fairfield Lobby, in the Hyatt Regency. If you have not registered for badges, this can be done onsite at the AEC.

Stay at the designated AEC hotel – the Hyatt Regency Columbus (Arena District) – and receive a $50 registration rebate.* (The rebate will be issued to you by NEHA following the conclusion of the AEC and after verification of hotel stay.)

Each 10' x 10' booth space reserved includes two badges to attend all regular educational sessions, two tickets for the Exhibition Grand Opening & Party and the Sunday Networking Luncheon, three direct mail lists (pre- and post-conference, and member or specialty lists), a link to organization's Web site from AEC Web site, one draped table, two chairs, one wastebasket, an identification sign, off-hour security, and an organization listing (if space is reserved by 5/6/11) in up to two categories in the Conference Program Guide.
