Please pick up your your badges onsite when you arrive to the conference at the Fairfield Lobby, in the Hyatt Regency. If you have not registered for badges, this can be done onsite at the AEC.

6:00 – 9:00 pm Exhibition Grand Opening & Party

Sunday, June 19
9:00 am – 2:00 pm: Exhibit Hall Open
9:00 am – 11:00 am: Poster Session
11:00 am: Silent Auction Ends
1:00 – 2:00 pm: Dessert in the Exhibit Hall
2:00 – 5:00 pm: Exhibitor Tear Down

The exhibit hours are dedicated to the exhibition with no educational sessions opposing them.
